We made an appointment for our 5,000 mile check up. I did not like the computer generated system that took me approximately 5 minutes to get to a person. Other than that, the appointment went smoothly. We have a leased vehicle so there was no cost involved
We were Eastbound on I-80 traveling home to Des Moines and needed a tire rotation; we were easily able to schedule service online. The service team was friendly and completed service promptly!
By far the best dealership service department I’ve ever dealt with. Very kind and courteous staff especially Jordan. He was ready and prepared for me before I showed up making the handoff seamless. They sure do make Toyota look good and every other service department subpar.

Customer Service was good. Had a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Wait time was not that long. Over all very satisfied, though I wish I had been advised of the detail and wash option before I had payed and checked out.

My new Camry had a defective 12V battery. These guys not only replaced the battery, they also ran complete diagnostic testing on the car to make sure that there were no other issues. Toyota covered the $ under warranty.

The only place I take my vehicle! Always amazing customer and mechanical service. I took my car in for routine and emergency services and they got it fixed up in a timely manner. They made sure my car was running well and safe for me and my baby. They went over my multi-point inspection results with me so I can keep my car running smoothly and avoid another emergency repair. The courtesy shuttle driver was amazing. The waiting room was clean, had refreshments and toys to keep my baby girl entertained. Top tier
Been getting the oil change care package for a few years now for Camry. Three changes, tire rotation, etc for $140. Must use within two years, so I get service each year. Pretty good deal. Plus, KG sends coupons for other services that are pretty competitive.
Jordan was wonderful to work with. He explained everything that was done on car. I had a trip coming in 2 days. He got parts ordered and car fixed before my trip. I am happy with my overall visit to you services department.

This was my first time visiting Ken Garff Toyota in Cheyenne, WY. It’s a big, bright, and clean shop. Got my vehicle in and out of shop timely. Talked to both service manager and auto technician. Both were friendly and helpful. I will return for future services.

Service was scheduled for installing running boards on our newly purchased Tundra. Service was started on time and completed sooner than anticipated. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the waiting area comfortable.
On this visit to Ken Garf Toyota I just had the oil changed in my BMW. But, as always, Linda was right on point and had everything under control. She does an excellent job!
I brought my 4Runner in for a service " not real enthused about your automated service " I'm old school and like talking to a person. On that note your service department is great,your team is very polite and attentive to why I'm there. They provide great service in a timely manner and I really like the video from the tech that is working on my vehicle, that is a great feature!

Jake Pickering went above and beyond to make sure i got the deal i needed to walk out of that dealership with a grin ear to ear . Cristin Sevchuk blew my expectations out of the water . I feel she really wanted my business , and she delivered ! We will be replacing my wife's car soon , and without a doubt will be using Ken Garff Cheyenne for that purchase too.
