Just want to give a shout out about the amazing customer service at Ken Garff Toyota in Cheyenne. Especially Jordan Catalano in the service department and Destiny Davison and Hayden Tomison in the sales department. I had a problem with my tailgate that was caused by another business. They all worked with me to resolve and fix the problem. Destiny helped restore my remote features for my phone app. They all went the extra mile to have a happy customer.

The service and team here has changed for the better. I came here a year ago and was not impressed. I heard there were some major changes recently, so I thought I'd give them another chance. Caused my oil pan to leak during an Oil Change. Leak was noticed after picking up the truck. Brought back to dealer who then tried to say it would not be covered by them. They eventually fixed the oil pan on their own dime, but had the truck for a full month. A FULL MONTH without a vehicle. No loaner, no rental, NOTHING. All of this for their incompetence. Never use this dealer. Sales is shady and service is worthless. They should not be a franchisee for any auto manufacturer.

I was looking to purchase a new truck and working with Katie made the whole process pleasant and she worked tirelessly to get us what we wanted. The truck was actually in Greeley but she took care of everything and got me the truck I wanted. No pressure to try and sell me on something else. 100% recommend and ask for Katie!

I bought a mustang in September. Dealing with Parker Raehal was perfect. He has helped me with a couple of issues since with a positive and helpful attitude. I recommend anyone buying a car should work with Parker! He is the best!

My saleswoman was Katie and she was outstanding at her job. I was buying from out of town and she made the experience worry free and all paperwork in order with no big surprises. Unlike many other dealers that I have worked with I feel that this car dealer did a good inspection on the truck. They fixed the necessary items to make my used truck reliable. 2023 F150 3.5 EB, throwing codes for turbo wastegate stuck closed. Dropped off on a Monday for CEL that was read with scanner the previous week by dealer. Added additional issues that were found over weekend (leaking VCT seals and turn signal that does not auto cancel). Pick vehicle up Friday evening, 50 miles later, check engine light and reduced power are back. Brough vehicle in and scan tool is connected, the tech did what the TSB advised which was a flash of the PCM which was already done on Monday. My car has a recall on it, I was told this would take about two hours to repair. They came and picked up my car around 7am, said I would have it back by end of day at the latest. I called around noon to check on the status of repairs, was told they didn't have an update for me and to call back later. So it's now past four at this point, I'm sitting at work with no ride or way home, and I get told the job is going into tomorrow, they had no loaners ...

Took my 2014 Tacoma with 104000 miles in to flush the radiator AND brake fluid. I have never had ANY problems with the truck. Lo and behold, after only 400 miles after job I have a brake light alert. My inspection revealed low brake fluid. I added 13 ounces and resolved the problem AND there are NO LEAKS I can observe that caused the brake alert. CONCLUSION: Insufficient refilling AFTER the 'supposed' brake flush. (Did they REALLY perform the flush?). Sure makes ya wonder! Summary - check the vehicle before ya leave the dealer. Don't 'assume' anything.

* After posting my review I was contacted the next to set up a time to get a new key fob. No communication with customers. I bought a vehicle from this location in January. The advertisement stated the SUV came with 2 sets of keys. I received 1 set as was waiting for the previous owner to return the 2nd set. I have contacted the dealership and they stated they wouldn't provide the second set but I could purchase one for $500. Worst experience ever. Going on 5.5 hours of a trade-in with no end in site. I was told they use the KBB site to determine trade in value, that isn’t exactly true. That is one variable. Had to haggle a lot on a trade-in in excellent shape that is 2 years old with 16,800 miles. Then all of the up selling. On the sticker on the car, the Cheyenne Package for $1,990 is optional, that is false. $1,195 is required no matter what. Came in at 915am, all paperwork signed by 1235pm. March 9, 2024 I took delivery of my used 2019 F150 from Ken Garff Ford in Cheyenne. After driving 371 miles back to Ten Sleep, I found somethings that should have been corrected in their 172 point inspection. With help from Steve Seacrest (used car manager),Carl Blackbird(Sales manager) and Cristin(Ford sales manager) my issues with the truck have been RESOLVED. I purchased my first f150 in 1982 and many since and the team at Ken Garff Cheyenne Ford stepped up and I'm still a Ford customer for life.

I read a good review in this website about Scott Roberts, and decided I would call him to ask about a car that was on the inventory on their website. After I talk to him and stated that I found good reviews about him online and that I was interested in that vehicle that was on the lot. He said he will call me later and did not give me any more details. I waited for his call, but never came. I tried calling the dealership back and they blocked my number as if I was some kind of terrorist ...

I was taken care of EXTREMELY WELL. The salesman Nick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I got a really good trade in and a killer deal on a used car. Highly highly recommend people to come to this dealership. So, I drove 40 miles fort service here, because the Greeley and Fort Collins Toyota dealers are trash. Glad I did, because Ken Garrf honored the appointment and had my car done in less than an hour. Will be driving to this dealer from now on. I can drive to Cheyenne from Fort Collins get my oil change and be back in less time then it takes to get it done locally at Pedersen or Macdonald, which is sad. Pricing is also better.

We worked with Dwight on purchasing a vehicle that was being sold as wholesale. He was able to get us a great deal and was very professional and honest throughout the process.

Financing and salesman actually accused me of having Colombian “cartel connections” & was told to “correct it.” Yes I have a Hispanic name, which brings me to question their business ethics. I contacted the federal treasury department - OFAC who immediately verified I had no such connections. Yet Garff Toyota of Cheyenne nonchalantly chooses to defame and insult a law abiding, prospective customer and walk away with an attitude. They are despicable, dismissive, and condescending. Not deserving of my business! I bought from Toyota of Laramie. They are appreciative of a good customer and treat them well.

Took my 2017 Ford Escape in had the transmission replaced. The service personnel were very outstanding in all areas. From the service counter to the mechanics. The staff was very professional, understanding, polite and great to work with. I have been a Ford customer for many years and will continue to do business with them. Website failure and short staff required personal visit to arrange standard lub and maintenance. They offered to work me in but I asked if I could use their Quick Lane service, and my vehicle was completely serviced and cleaned in less than 2 hours! Great job, especially considering short staff!!

Traveling from California to Nebraska, I needed 70K servicing of my 2018 Toyota Highlander hybrid. I called Cheyenne Toyota 1st thing on a Tuesday morning, and they scheduled me. When I rolled into their service bay an hour later, they were ready for me. My car was fully loaded down with all my travel paraphernalia, including 4 house-cats ( in cages). Cheyenne Toyota worked around all my stuff without complaint, completing a full service AND a carwash. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

Nick wasn't the typical pushy salesman type. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, from front to back! But also asked good questions to make sure he was showing me vehicles that had what I wanted, not just one's for him to sell. Joseph, the finance director, was wonderful. Again, so knowledgeable but not pushy, honest and wanted what was best for me, not just sales. Needed a routine oil change under my Toyota Care. They scheduled an appointment within a few days. The shuttle took me right back to work. Vehicle was done in a timely and professional manner and I think they even ran it through the car wash (?). I normally go to the dealer I purchased from, who I have absolutely no problem with, but they are out of town about an hour. I recommend both dealers, and Toyota, very highly.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. I've experienced pushy sales people from previous dealerships but Ken at the cheyenne toyota was so helpful, patient and was ready to go above and beyond. Definitely recommend and I know I'll be going there for my next car. Thanks Ken!

Went to this dealership on June 11th 2021 and bought a truck that I was assured by the salesmen Michael that it had no accidents and payed quite a bit for it… just a few days ago I find out that it did have an accident a couple weeks before I bought it and that the accident was reported when the truck had 97888 miles on it anyone want to guess how many it had on it when I bought that’s right 97888 cars take a major hit to their value usually 30% I payed 42 something for this truck and did not get ...

I don't like the $2000 charge for the hybrid. That is definitely over priced.
